What We Collect

When you interact with Maxboone Operations systems (including SMS), we may collect your phone number, message content, and timestamps. This information is used solely to operate the system and respond to you.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your information. Ever.
We do not share your information with third parties.
We do not use your information for advertising.
We do not give anyone access to your data without a lawful court order compelling us to do so.

Data Storage

Data is stored on private infrastructure controlled exclusively by Will Canda. Access is restricted. Logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary.

Third-Party Services

SMS delivery is facilitated by Twilio (twilio.com), which processes messages in transit per their own privacy policy. No personal data is shared with Twilio beyond what is required for message delivery.

Your Rights
